Instructions

  1. Wash the meat slices and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then brush with oil.
  2. Place the meat slices on a baking sheet brushed with oil and cook in the oven at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 60 minutes
  3. Coleslaw and baguette, or potato salad, tastes good with it.
