  • 1 ½ kg ribs, thick
  • 8 medium onion (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato (s), (pizza tomato)
  • 1 bottle beer, (dark beer)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, (spicy)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, (medium hot)
  • 3 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Fry the thick rib well on all sides. Take out the roast. Sear the onions, diced, too. Add the remaining ingredients and slowly deglaze with the dark beer and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour.
  2. Boiled potatoes or dumplings and red cabbage or salad go well with it.
