Thick Waffles

Original American waffles will become a hearty and tasty breakfast dish: tender but fluffy, with a light vanilla aroma and a salty bacon flavor. They can be served with anything! Try it!

Serving: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Butter – 300 Grams
  • Eggs – 5 Pieces
  • Sugar – 325 Grams
  • Vanilla Extract – 3 Grams
  • Warm water – 240 Grams
  • Flour – 500 Grams
  • Baking powder – 20 grams
  • Bacon – 60 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave or wate
  3. Beat eggs with a mixer.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the eggs.
  5. Add sugar (brown or even powdered sugar).
  6. Stir well, add vanilla extract and warm water.
  7. Mix flour and baking powder separately.
  8. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture.
  9. Beat well, the dough should be quite thick.
  10. Chop the bacon very finely and fry until golden brown.
  11. Add bacon to batter and stir.
