Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the pork schnitzel and top with Parma ham. Then top with a piece of Gorgonzola. Now sprinkle the schnitzel with herbs, roll up and fry in hot fat.
  2. Salt and pepper again and let simmer with the dissolved stock for about 1 hour.
  3. Add the remaining cheese and herbs to the sauce and thicken with crème fraîche.
