Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzel, 100 g each
- 100 g Goronzola
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Broth, instant
- Fat, for frying

- Salt and pepper the pork schnitzel and top with Parma ham. Then top with a piece of Gorgonzola. Now sprinkle the schnitzel with herbs, roll up and fry in hot fat.
- Salt and pepper again and let simmer with the dissolved stock for about 1 hour.
- Add the remaining cheese and herbs to the sauce and thicken with crème fraîche.
