Cut 6 minute steaks into strips. Fry 1 large onion and manzanilla olives in oil in a pan. Add the meat and continue to fry. Add sesame seeds and brown them lightly. Deglaze with 125 ml chicken stock and 125 ml white wine. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 shot of Madeira, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of sugar, a little pepper and 1 cm of ginger and 1 chopped garlic. Let it simmer gently. Finally add 1 glass of horseradish cream and thicken the sauce.
