Rub a saucepan with the garlic and heat the wine in it with the garlic pieces. Gradually add the cheese to the hot wine until a creamy sauce results, stirring constantly. Fish out the garlic pieces.
Fry the minute steaks in a pan with a little oil and let rest for about 5 minutes. Add the leaked juice to the sauce and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. Place the steaks in a gratin dish (or similar) and spread the sauce over them.
