Ingredients
- 8 small steak (s) (minute pork steaks, alternatively turkey)
- 200 g cream cheese (French pepper cream cheese)
- 200 g cream cheese, low in fat
- 250 ml white wine, dry
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dash Worcester sauce
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Rub a saucepan with the garlic and heat the wine in it with the garlic pieces. Gradually add the cheese to the hot wine until a creamy sauce results, stirring constantly. Fish out the garlic pieces.
- Fry the minute steaks in a pan with a little oil and let rest for about 5 minutes. Add the leaked juice to the sauce and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. Place the steaks in a gratin dish (or similar) and spread the sauce over them.
- With baked potatoes, mixed salad and white wine.
