Rinse the meat, pat dry and place in a bowl. Mix together 2 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt and curry and marinate the meat with it. Set aside and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
For the peach ragout, drain the peaches, catch the juice and pour into a saucepan. Cut the peaches into small pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sambal oelek and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the juice and bring to the boil while stirring. Add 1 tablespoon of granulated broth and the finely chopped peach pieces. Let it simmer gently at a low temperature.
Dice the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the marinated meat and fry. Add the peach ragout and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. We prefer to eat basmati rice with this dish.
