Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into strips and season with pepper. Fry in a little oil until light brown, pour the cream on and bring to the boil. Add the gorgonzola in pieces. Wait until the cheese has melted and a creamy sauce has formed. Possibly add the spinach leaves and let them collapse. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
