  • 3 pork schnitzel or steaks
  • 1 cup cream
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 1 handful spinach leaves as desired
  • some salt and pepper
  • Broth, grains
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into strips and season with pepper. Fry in a little oil until light brown, pour the cream on and bring to the boil. Add the gorgonzola in pieces. Wait until the cheese has melted and a creamy sauce has formed. Possibly add the spinach leaves and let them collapse. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Spaetzle go best with it.
