  • 500 g pork, lean
  • 2 onions)
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 125 ml beer, dark
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Pork Strips in Beer – Mustard – Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin slices and the onions into rings. Cut the onions in 2 tablespoon. Steam the oil. Fry the meat in portions, remove. Boil the meat stock with the beer and cream, stir in the mustard, season with salt and pepper. Add the meat, cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Potato biscuits or puree go well with it.
