Cut the pork fillets into slices as thick as your thumb and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Place unseasoned and raw in a baking dish. Puree the two cans of tomatoes with the two cups of brunch and the sugar and then pour over the fillets.
Cook in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat if possible) for about 30 minutes. This goes well with spaetzle, rice or baguette.
