  • 2 cups brunch (paprika peppers)
  • 2 cans tomato (s), chunky, spicy, with herbs (oregano or basil)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar, possibly more or less
  • 2 packs bacon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillets into slices as thick as your thumb and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Place unseasoned and raw in a baking dish. Puree the two cans of tomatoes with the two cups of brunch and the sugar and then pour over the fillets.
  2. Cook in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat if possible) for about 30 minutes. This goes well with spaetzle, rice or baguette.
  3. If you prefer poultry, you can also use turkey or chicken.
