  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan. Add the oat flakes and desiccated coconut and stir well. Let it thicken for about 10 minutes on a low heat.
  2. In the meantime, peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes. Arrange the porridge on a plate and, if necessary, sweeten with cane sugar. Serve with the fresh pineapple.
