Peel and slice the banana and place in a deep plate.
In a saucepan, bring the water to the boil with a pinch of salt. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat (2/3 of the max. Temperature) and add the oat flakes. Simmer for approx. 2 minutes while stirring with a spoon.
Put the oatmeal in the plate. Add honey and stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir everything again.
