Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes, sweetener and water or milk (the oat flakes must be covered) and place in the microwave for about 1 minute at full power.
  2. Then stir in the frozen raspberries and serve.
  3. The recipe is variable and the raspberries can be replaced with any ingredient. I also like to add some banana and cinnamon on top.
