tablespoon, leveled oat flakes, depending on the desired thickness

Instructions
Put the water, soy milk, sugar, salt and oat flakes in a saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for about 1 minute while stirring. Then take it off the plate and let it stand, covered, for about 10 minutes.
Tip:
Add a mashed banana, it will also use less sugar.
I like to add crushed cornflakes to the porridge.
