Instructions

  1. Pour the port wine over the prunes and marinate covered for approx. 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Halve the bacon and wrap the plums in it. Fix with toothpicks.
  3. Place the plums on a baking sheet and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat). Turn after 3-5 minutes. Bake until the bacon is crispy.
