- 20 large prunes, pitted
- 5 tablespoon port wine
- 10 slices bacon, streaky

- Pour the port wine over the prunes and marinate covered for approx. 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Halve the bacon and wrap the plums in it. Fix with toothpicks.
- Place the plums on a baking sheet and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat). Turn after 3-5 minutes. Bake until the bacon is crispy.
