  1. Thaw the prawns in a colander. After thawing, remove the tail and intestines if necessary. Carefully pat dry and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Drain the clams, collect the liquid and pour over the prawns to marinate for at least 4 hours. Free the mussels from the beard, cut the squid into small pieces and put both aside for the time being.
  3. Mix the creme fraîche, cream cheese and chakalaka, season with spices and Tabasco to taste. Maybe spice it up again with chilli (for those who like it hotter). Maybe stir in a little tomato paste (to taste). Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
