Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough for baking sheet
- 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
- 100 g cream cheese with arlic
- 3 tablespoon sauce (Chakalaka)
- 500 g shrimp (s), peeled (frozen)
- 1 can mussel (s)
- 1 can squid (s)
- 350 g olives with chili cream fillin
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- Tabasco
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- some tomato paste, possibly

- Thaw the prawns in a colander. After thawing, remove the tail and intestines if necessary. Carefully pat dry and set aside in a bowl.
- Drain the clams, collect the liquid and pour over the prawns to marinate for at least 4 hours. Free the mussels from the beard, cut the squid into small pieces and put both aside for the time being.
- Mix the creme fraîche, cream cheese and chakalaka, season with spices and Tabasco to taste. Maybe spice it up again with chilli (for those who like it hotter). Maybe stir in a little tomato paste (to taste). Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and distribute the sauce evenly on top. Now distribute the prawns evenly on the pizza, just like the mussels and squid. Now add the drained olives. Sprinkle with the grated Emmentaler.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. The baking time can vary depending on the oven (shorter or longer cooking times are possible). It is advisable to watch the pizza in the oven after a quarter of an hour at the latest so that it does not burn.
- The amount is 6 pieces for the big hunger. A red wine tastes just as good with it as an ice-cold beer.
