Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g mararine
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- a bit salt
- Fat for the shape
For covering:
- 500 g pear (s)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 200 g oat cream cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- some pepper, coarsely ground, for sprinkling
