This very simple recipe is very quick. Without weighing or measuring.
Put the Postelein, chickpeas (previously cooked or canned), peanuts and sprouts in a bowl, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them, mix everything through once. Now add a little linseed oil and possibly fig balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
This recipe came about because I still had a few cooked chickpeas left over from the day before. You can certainly use about a can of chickpeas. And if you don`t get a postage, you can try the recipe with any other leafy vegetable.
