Instructions

  1. Mix the curd cheese, egg, oil, flour, breadcrumbs, semolina and vanilla sugar together. Let it stand for an hour, cut out dumplings with a spoon and let them soak in boiling salted water until they come to the top.
  2. In the meantime melt the butter, toast the breadcrumbs in it, add sugar. Roll the dumplings in it.
  3. Let the strawberries thaw and stir into a sauce in the food processor. Place the dumplings on top of the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining butter crumbs and sugar mixture.
