Ingredients
- 250 g quark / curd cheese (lean level)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
- 2 tablespoon semolina
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pack strawberries, frozen

- Mix the curd cheese, egg, oil, flour, breadcrumbs, semolina and vanilla sugar together. Let it stand for an hour, cut out dumplings with a spoon and let them soak in boiling salted water until they come to the top.
- In the meantime melt the butter, toast the breadcrumbs in it, add sugar. Roll the dumplings in it.
- Let the strawberries thaw and stir into a sauce in the food processor. Place the dumplings on top of the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining butter crumbs and sugar mixture.
