  • 250 g flour, handy
  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Icing sugar for rolling
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar for rolling
  • fat for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except powder and vanilla sugar) into a firm dough. Shape the mixture into dumplings and bake them in the deep fryer (degree setting for french fries).
  2. Drain on a rack and let cool. Then roll in a mixture of powdered and vanilla sugar.
