Ingredients
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 80 g powdered suar
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 250 g QimiQ (corresponds to one packae)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
For the sauce:
- Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

- Mix the low-fat quark (curd cheese) a little with the mixer, then add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Beat the QimiQ until it is liquid with the whisk and mix into the low-fat quark mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and place in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
- Then form dumplings with two tablespoons and arrange on a plate.
- For the sauce, thaw the frozen raspberries, puree with the hand blender and pour over the dumplings.
- Tip: You can also stir whipped cream into the curd mixture.
- When the mixture has been in the refrigerator for 24 hours, the best way to shape the dumplings is with two spoons.
