Mix the low-fat quark (curd cheese) a little with the mixer, then add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Beat the QimiQ until it is liquid with the whisk and mix into the low-fat quark mixture.
Pour the mixture into a mold and place in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
Then form dumplings with two tablespoons and arrange on a plate.
For the sauce, thaw the frozen raspberries, puree with the hand blender and pour over the dumplings.
Tip: You can also stir whipped cream into the curd mixture.
When the mixture has been in the refrigerator for 24 hours, the best way to shape the dumplings is with two spoons.
