- Mix all ingredients with the mixer and let rest covered for a few hours (possibly overnight in the refrigerator).
- Shape dumplings with spoons and simmer in salted water for about 5-10 minutes.
- You can of course add sugar as you like, but when the dumplings are served with applesauce, stewed plums, etc., they are sweet enough!
- As a dessert it is enough for 4 people.
