Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in a little salted water until soft. Sauté the apple cubes separately in a little butter for 3 minutes. Then mash the potatoes, add the apple cubes and mix everything well, slowly stir in the milk until the puree has the desired consistency. Then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Finally, toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat and fold them into the puree.
