Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, chop them roughly and cook them in the stock.
  2. Clean the rocket and cut the onion into small pieces. Add both to the potatoes and puree the soup evenly until creamy, adding more water if necessary. Stir in the sour cream and simmer the soup for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cardamom.
