Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and place in a large saucepan. Top up with water and salt, then bring to a boil.
  2. In the meantime, cut the Cabanossi and onion into small pieces, fry them in a little oil and then add them to the pot with the beans. Simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
