Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut crosswise at the bottom (or use frozen food) and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In the meantime, peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Dice the bacon and cut the onion into fine quarter rings.
Slowly drain the bacon in a non-stick pan, then remove and set aside. Fry the potatoes in the bacon, then cover and cook for 15 minutes over a medium heat, turning occasionally. Add onions and spices, mix and cook covered for 10 minutes - turn again occasionally.
Add the bacon and Brussels sprouts and continue frying for 5 minutes.
