Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges, cook in salted water and let cool.
Remove the stalk and the top leaf from the Brussels sprouts and place them in boiling salted water. After about 8-10 minutes, the Brussels sprouts are done, strain everything.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions in it until translucent. Now add the potatoes. After 5 minutes add the Brussels sprouts. As soon as the potatoes and Brussels sprouts turn brown (depending on your preference or taste), fold in half a cup of sour cream and the diced feta cheese. As soon as the cheese has melted, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
