- 400 g Brussels sprouts
- 400 g potato (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet feta cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- butter
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges, cook in salted water and let cool.
- Remove the stalk and the top leaf from the Brussels sprouts and place them in boiling salted water. After about 8-10 minutes, the Brussels sprouts are done, strain everything.
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions in it until translucent. Now add the potatoes. After 5 minutes add the Brussels sprouts. As soon as the potatoes and Brussels sprouts turn brown (depending on your preference or taste), fold in half a cup of sour cream and the diced feta cheese. As soon as the cheese has melted, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
