Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Wash, clean and halve Brussels sprouts. Dice the onion / s.
Fry the minced meat in a little oil. Add the potatoes, Brussels sprouts, diced bacon and onions and sauté a little. Pour 500 ml of stock. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Be careful with the salt, as the bacon / ham may have given off enough salt.
