Knead the dough with the eggs. Sift in the cornstarch and knead in. At the end add the grated cheese and knead again to a homogeneous mass.
Shape them into elongated sticks (approx. 1.5 cm in diameter) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. At the end, brush the sticks with a little oil and bake in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat) at 200 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes until they are golden brown.
