Boil the potatoes in salted water. Then press the still hot potatoes through the potato press. Allow to cool slightly. In the meantime, finely chop the herbs.
Add the flour with the egg and parmesan to the potatoes and work everything into a smooth dough. Now add the herbs and spices.
Shape the dough into small thalers. Make a well in the middle, add some mozzarella and close again.
Now the thalers are fried in a little oil in the pan until they are golden brown.
