Instructions

  1. The recipe is designed for a serving pan, if not available, it should also be possible to prepare double the amount in a normal baking dish.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, quarter them and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Cut the raw potato into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices and quarter them. Cut the red onion into rings or pieces. For the sauce, put the white wine, cream, tomato paste, grated cheese and a little salt and pepper in a bowl and mix everything well with a whisk.
