Instructions

  1. Heat some sunflower oil in a pan. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes and fry them in the hot oil for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the sauerkraut and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
