Peel the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Then cut into slices and place in the baking dish. Put the spinach on top. Roast the cashew nuts and put them in the mold as well.
Then mix the cream, milk and curry together until the sauce has a nice, yellow color. Now pour the sauce over the potatoes and finally crumble the feta and sprinkle over it.
Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
