Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes and zucchini. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Mix in the eggs and parsley, as well as salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and add about two heaped tablespoons of the mixture for a buffer, flatten it slightly and fry for a few minutes on both sides until the buffers are golden brown.
