Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes, onions and garlic. Wash, clean and roughly dice the leek and zucchini.
  2. Put everything in a saucepan with the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cook for approx. 20 minutes. Add the herbal processed cheese and season the soup with the spices and puree it finely.
