Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, peel the onions and cut into small cubes, clean the peppers and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the oil in the pan, fry or braise the onion and paprika in the pan.
  3. Remove the sausage from the skin and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm in size, then fry until golden.
  4. After cooking, peel the potatoes, cut into slices and layer them in the baking dish, spread the braised onions and peppers over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Whisk the cream with the mustard, eggs and paprika powder and carefully pour over the mixture. Then put everything in the oven at approx. 200 ° C on the middle rail for approx. 25 minutes.
