Instructions

1. The ingredients are all mixed together until they are creamy. Stir the still warm mashed potatoes into the batter. Put everything in a greased springform pan and bake at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes. Then brush with approx. 150 g chocolate icing.
2. Tip: better bake the cake a day in advance because the chocolate icing takes a long time to dry (at least 1/2 day). The cake tastes really fresh and delicious.
