- 100 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 5 egg (s)
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 small Bottle / s bitter almond flavor
- 1 point baking powder
- 400 g potato (s), boiled, mashed warm
- 150 g cake icin (chocolate icin)

- The ingredients are all mixed together until they are creamy. Stir the still warm mashed potatoes into the batter. Put everything in a greased springform pan and bake at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes. Then brush with approx. 150 g chocolate icing.
- Tip: better bake the cake a day in advance because the chocolate icing takes a long time to dry (at least 1/2 day). The cake tastes really fresh and delicious.
