- 2 large apples
- 4 egg (s)
- 250 grams sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 100 ml milk or juice
- 1 packet baking powder
- 300 grams flour

- Prepare the dough: stir the eggs with sugar until foamy, add the oil and liquid. Sieve flour with baking powder and then stir in. You don`t need a mixer for this, it can also be done very quickly with a whisk.
- Peel, core and finely slice 2 apples. Line the round cake tin with a layer of apple slices and spread half of the batter on top. Place the remaining apple slices on top and distribute the remaining dough on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven (180 °) for about 45 minutes. Depending on how juicy the apples are, the baking time can also be longer!
