Ingredients
- 270 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 3 egg (s)
- 125 g butter or mararine
- 125 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 shot rum, good shot
- 100 g walnuts, halved
- 50 g raisins
- 4 large apples or 5 - 6 smaller ones
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- powdered sugar

- Mix the softened butter with the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, rum and yogurt. Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix everything into a batter.
- Add walnuts and raisins. Peel, core and roughly cut the apples. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir into the batter.
- Spread on a small baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 45 - 50 minutes. Allow to cool, dust with icing sugar.
