Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
When the onion is golden, add mushrooms to the pan with onions and fry until tender.
Put the potato circles overlapping each other in a greased form. We spread two layers of potatoes, each of which is salt, and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
